It is the responsibility of all parents to guide their children.what is right for him what is wrong That means teaching them responsible behaviour and self-control. With appropriate and consistent discipline, your child will learn about consequences and taking responsibility for their own actions. The ultimate aim is to encourage the child to learn to manage both their feelings and behaviour. 1)What do parents do to discipline their child? Focus on what your child should do instead of what not to do. Praise good behavior rather than punish misbehavior. Rewards are fine but not when they become more important to the child than the good behavior. Establish rules, set clear limits and follow through if rules are broken. 2) How to scold a child for bad behavior? Speak firmly, but kindly. Don't yell, blame, or call your child names to make them understand that you're not happy with their behavior. Use a firm tone, but stay in control. Be calm when you explain why you aren't happy with what they did. 3) What happens if you discipline your child? Discipline allows children to develop self-discipline, and helps them become emotionally and socially mature adults. There are many effective techniques that can help parents teach and guide their children, and some forms of discipline will always remain controversial
'' Effect of a Mobile Phone on a Child '' '' I believe that mobile phone are not in the best Interests of a child and ruin his life . Phones do more harm than good causing * Sleep deprivation . * Low self esteem . * Decrease focused and attention in the classroom. * Anxiety and they cause accidents . * Attention deficits and reduced concentration . * Eyestrain headaches. * Children can't develop a communication Mobile phones are like a time bomb waiting to destroy children's lives and in some cases they already have. One of the major risks of mobile phones is the "Lack of sleep" they cause in children's *) According to sleep expert "Els Van der Helm" and clinical sleep psychologist Ellie McGlinchey, more than 50% of teen's between the ages of fifteen and seventeen sleep seven hours or less each night being a teenager is hard , but being a sleep deprived teenager is even harder 72% of childrens , aged 6 to 17, sleep with atleast one electronic device in their room.The blue light released by screens restrains the production of melatonin , the hormone that controls our sleep cycle . Reducing melatonin makes it harder to fall and stay asleep meaning grumpy kids in the morning for parents to deal with. For better sleep , children are advised to have at least thirty minutes of screen-free time before going to bed. Even better , make the child's room a tech- free zone and keep all devices out of the room. Parents should be strong role models and also keep their phones out of the bedroom. *) Low self esteem and anxiety are things no parents want for their kids and photos are one of the main reasons for this. When kids don't receive texts or phone calls they think: " why didn't he or she call me? Am i not good enough ?" Research has shown that relation between smartphone use and physiology behaviours such as self- esteem and personality traits. In general, people who have high level of anxiety and loneliness receive fever texts phone cells. *) Constant notifications and a barrage of digital stimuli can contribute to attention deficits and reduced concentration. It also distracts them from their studies and sports as kids wish to spend more time with their phones than their books. This can affect academic performance and overall cognitive development. *) Mobile phones cause many accident every year .teens are so addicted to phones and it is harming not only themselves but other people on the road . Mobile phones are like the Fremantle Dockers , they ruin everything. I know parents don't want to upset their beloved children ,so they let them do what they want with their phones . We must end this addiction once and for all, because the effect of mobile phones on children are extremely harmful . *) Some children and teens may experience physical symptoms from excessive phone use, which often includes long periods in positions that are not good for their posture. These physical symptoms can include: eyestrain. headaches.

The role of teachers varies from classroom to play ground and from student to student . Our teachers understand the problems of us and deal with us in both ways personally and professionally they teach us to have positive attitude towards Life A good teacher is one who only gives his/her student but nothing accept where life instead he /she became happy with the success of students. A best teacher in the one who provides a best model of future generation to his / her nation. Proper education is the only way to remove social issues, corruption,etc from the nation which ultimately lead to the real growth and development of a nation.

At the same time, children must also be given a stable environment in which to thrive, including good health and nutrition, protection from threats and access to opportunities to learn and grow.
